“I was disappointed as I received the wrong toilet. I called customer svc not knowing how the return process would go. I was a first time customer. I had the good fortune of reaching Ercel. He immediately apologized & assured me he would take care of it. Ercel was friendly & professional and did exactly what he promised. I will buy from PlumbersStock again. Thank you Ercel !!”

“After waiting over a year for my Ebony Pedestal sink, I gave up on ever receiving it. I eventually looked elsewhere (EBAY) and found a Ebony Pedestal sink. Ironically, the sink came from Plumbestock.com. I called to confirm that they had this sink available, and spoke to a representative by the name of Deane Bandoy. She was so helpful and patient with me and was able to order this sink. Thank GOD!! Good customer service is hard to find these days. Your company is lucky to have her. Thanks again.”
