“Bernard assisted in the ordering of the water closet we needed. Bernard did a great job in completing the order! Ercel help assuring that the special order water closet would be shipped as fragile and properly protected. The water closet was delivered strapped to a pallet to assure it would be delivered in one piece. Thank you both!”

“Ercel is absolutely fantastic! He ensured me my order would ship out today with the exception of a wet/vac which I don't need urgently anyway. Everything else is urgent and he got it shipped today. He was very helpful answering all questions and I'll be buying again from plumbers stock because of Ercel's great customer service and help.”

“I requested to return my item; however, they advised me that I did not need to return the item, that I could just keep it, and they would refund me the money. This is excellent customer service, as I did not expect this, and was willing to return the product. If you are looking anything plumbing related, look no further than Plumbers Stock for all of you plumbing needs.”
