“Placed an order for rainbird esp-9v1 early April 2022. Rainbird didn't have in their production lineup and was not sure when it would be. Cancelled order with Plumbers Stock mid July and received refund within 3 days. Couldn't be happier with customer support! Thank you! Kathy”

“I spoke with Bernard Mijares today (support request #8819890), & he was very helpful. He took care of the issue I had, which was a foil quill mat having arrived damaged. He refunded my money & said go ahead & keep the mat. He was very nice, & I am very happy with the service he provided today.”
