“I changed my mind after placing an order online, I wanted to add one additional item. I was told I can't do that. But Jake at Plumbersstock is very helpful. He helped me cancelled the original order and created a new one with the additional item over the phone. Jake made the whole process very simple and easy. Thank you, Jake.”

“I ordered a wrong unit and immediately requested cancellation, but the item was shipped to me so quickly within 3 days even when the status still says it is in processing and has not shipped yet. I contacted the company and Franz answered my call and is very understanding of the situation and immediately issued me a refund. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely come back to Plumbers-Stock for all my future plumbing needs. The customer service is top notch. Thank you. Thank You.”
