“I ordered a Delta faucet plate for a specific faucet and did not realize only one unit was in the order. Since I needed a pair, my plumber had them in stock and installed them the same day. I called Plumbers Stock to return the one I bought and they accepted my request. I paid a 10% restock fee and return postage. Great customer service for my mistake. Thank you.”

“Frank was so helpful over the phone when I needed to make a correction to my order placed yesterday (the incorrect order was my fault). Frank was friendly and professional. He truly went above and beyond and was able to correct the order without any hassle on his end even though the order error was my fault. I will do business with PlumbersStock again because of Frank and their fantastic customer service! Many companies could learn a lot from the customer service representatives at PlumbersStock. This is where you want to do business!”
