“Very efficient when my order didnt go through”

“We are a small GC in New York City, and we'd like to give a big thanks to customer service representative Ercel, who helped us when one of our critical orders was damaged in transit (a porcelain toilet). A quick phone call followed by an email with a few photos was all it took - as it should. Plumbers Stock also has competitive pricing on hard-to-find fixtures from Toto. We are looking forward to continuing a relationship with Ercel and the rest of the team.”

“They have great support via phone and a smooth website interface that made it simple to find everything I was looking for. I called support because I had a few questions about the shower door selections. My questions were answered to my satisfaction and my order was placed. It arrived within a week and looks exactly as advertised and described to me over the phone a week ago. Great experience with PlumbersStock.”

“I just got my order from Plumbersstock and have to say it was a great experience. Not only were they they cheapest price I could find inline, but they went out of their way to help me. I ordered a faucet and had questions about the finish options. I called their customer service and the young lady walked me through the website to find all the finishes that were available. I confirmed I ordered the one I wanted. She was very helpful. The faucet arrived yesterday and my husband just installed it and it looks beautiful in my powder bath. Thanks Plummersstock!”
