“I had to cancel the card that was originally used to pay for my order. There seemed to be a fraudulent charge on it. I didn't think at the time, to phone your company to use a different card. MJ helped me to charge my order to another card that went through. He was very calm, courteous, friendly, so it was very easy to take care of the problem with his assistance. He is a really good customer service representative.”

“I was inquiring about a sink that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and hoped that I had found a source for it. Using the chat feature, I was able to confirm with Aaron that they did not have the sink in stock. Without his help, I would have blindly ordered a sink that did not exist, but, fortunately, Aaron was able to keep me from wasting everyone's time! Thanks, Aaron!”

“The item I ordered was on back order and the tracking app was not working for me. I called and spoke with MJ. MJ got right to taking care of business explaining the situation. I didn’t have to repeat anything… awesome. Now we’re just waiting on the manufacturer.”
