“I had placed my order approximately one month ago, and it immediately requested a cancellation of it. But the cancellation never went through, and I received the order. So when I called customer service and talked with Jake, he was up most helpful and understood that I tried canceling it, and was very courteous and helpful on the phone to refund. Definitely would do business with plumber stock again. And would definitely recommend it to anybody else. Thank you Jake for all your help.”

“So far so good, Franz helped me find the vent register to fit my attic fan in the hallway 20"x20" we went through the Product Spec and the diminutions were good (On-Paper). Product cost was reasonable (No product on-hand) I will need to wait for them to manufacture the product. with free shipping. I will write another Review when I get the product, and install it.”
