“10:39 am. I just received my order, so I opened it to ensure it arrived undamaged. However, I discovered it was not what I had anticipated because of a misunderstanding between customer support and me. So I called panicking and Frank wasn't much help he gave me the phone number for the toilet company and said that I could cry about it to get what I needed. Frank was merely able to offer me the toilet company's phone number. However, When I contacted them again, MJ answered the phone and he was understanding and supportive of my predicament. MJ put an end to my nightmare by assisting me in finding the right item for my budget.”

“Today I received an email from your company indicating that my credit card had been declined for a purchase, so I called and spoke to MJ about it. I provided another credit card number to him and the transaction was completed successfully. I spoke to MJ for several minutes, and he was very pleasant and courteous at all times during the call.”

“I had an enjoyable time with MJ today. He looked up my order and told me you are expecting it in. I am disappointed, however, that I placed the order the first part of September and you stil don’t have the item.”

“The ZAB201-10 Superstrut Angle Brackets are not gold in color as in the advertisement. I paid $38.35 for shipping and the brackets weighing 9LBS., came to me in a torn plastic bag that almost burst. I had to pay $28.00 for return shipping in a box, this order cost me $58.35, I do not recommend that anyone order from PlumberStock, this is poor customer service.”
