“I had ordered 4 Toto toilets from a big retailer and two of them came broken. I reordered from them and one came fine but with a broken tank and the other one broke again. So I ordered the tank from the retailer twice and it came broken both times. This is to say that shipping the tank and this toilet has been an ordeal for me. I decided to use a different vendor and ordered with plumberstock. After ordering I messaged them and got a prompt response from Aillene Aguirre on their team the next day. She gave me the FedEx tracking number and the tank was delivered intact the very next day. The service at PlumberStock has been amazing. I can finally finish my bathroom work now.”

“We had an order that had been cancelled over the phone that didn't get cancelled in their system. The first time I called, the individual stated she could not help me. I called back and spoke to Grace and let her know the situation. She told me she would work on it for me and she called later in the day and had been able to get this order cancelled and the money refunded to our card. We are more than grateful for Grace's tenacity in helping us with our situation. We will continue to use Plumber Stock not only for the great pricing on items we use for our customers, but also for the impeccable customer service we received as well. “Customer service representative promptly answered the phone. My request was to verify that a particular item was in stock. She not only looked it up on her system, but she also called the Tennessee warehouse to have them verify that it was in-fact in stock. Then she offered to help me place an order. Extremely helpful!”
