“Bernard was very helpful thank you. My only suggestion would be to have someone available who could answer questions on parts compatibility. We had a discontinued part and wanted to verify the correct replacement. Thus more research before we can order anything from your company.”

“Well packed arrived 2 deliveries a day apart. Bernard reassured me the the second box would arrive after I received the first delivery. Toilet looks fine have yet to install it. (Toto 2-piece toilet)”

“Ordered a support bracket for my chimney . Was supposed to be 5 weeks from the manufacturer. Week ten and still not in . I really don’t want to wait any longer . Called and talked with BERNARD and he canceled the order and issued a refund as we spoke on the phone . Had a confirmation before hanging up ! Wish I had the piece I ordered, but out of their control. Thank You Bernard !”
