“I had a problem with the post office mis-delivering my item. I was nervous that I would be out the money with no item since I didn’t notice the problem until a month after it was “delivered”. However, this concern was unfounded. Mia at support replied promptly to my inquiry and was fantastic! She processed and shipped my replacement right away after I explained the situation. This experience, coupled with their low prices, will have me coming to the Plumbers Stock website first for any future plumbing related items I need to purchase.”

“Customer Service is usually lacking in a big way these days, but Mia at Plumbers Stock is an asset to her company. She actually communicated with me directly and was extremely helpful.
