“I had a problem on my most recent order. The plumberstock.com phone number was not working properly on Friday, September 13 and 14 so I could not contact someone to help resolve the issue. I called again on Monday September 16 and was connected to a customer service rep named Jake. Jale quickly assessed the problem, found that it was in their system and set about resolving it. He only took a few minutes to do so and my issue was resolved. Jake was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and is a good representative for the company.”

“Order took a long time to be shipped, over a month. I was not notified thw order was shipped. Got tracking info after my inquiry and its was already delivered without my knowledge. Jake did act swiftly with my inquiry, Thank you Jake.”

“Product damaged during shipping sent back called for replacement and they charge me again for something already paid for. Jake said I’ll have it Thursday or by Friday did not arrive. I need my tank. Customer is irate with me because of Jake I can’t finish my job.”

“Jake was a great help today. I tried several times to place an order online with no success. He checked stock, took my order quickly, and outlined my shipping options. I wish all customer service reps could at least come close to Jake! He certainly saved my opinion of Plumbers Stock, and hopefully the delivery will go as well.”
