“I was having problems with their website and placing my order so I called and talked with JAKE! He was so patient and helpful getting my order placed. The instructions were clear on using payment method. I cannot wait to receive my order from PlumbersSupply and see if i need something else from them soon.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered was on back order and I was unable to wait. However the price was the lowest I found on the internet and about $85 less than what I ended up paying. Customer service from Jake was excellent and I received a quick refund as soon as the order was cancelled. I will definitely consider using the site again!”

“Our toilet arrived broken. I took a photo of it and Plumbers Stock was very good about refunding our money. Jake made an excellent follow up call to me which I really appreciated. Customer Service was terrific. They did ask me to keep broken toilet for 30 days, in case shipper wanted to see it. Alas, our contractor took it to the dump. There was nowhere for us to store and we just couldn't keep it on our front porch any longer.”

“They had a part that I couldn't find anywhere else. But when we placed the order, the shipping time was farther out than what the project could handle. Jake was kind enough to let me cancel my order. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. They could have easily told me no and that the order was already placed and in the works. But they didn't. Again, Top Notch customer service even when they're not in the wrong. Thank you, thank you.”
