“Had an RGA and followed all the instructions for the return of a defective product. It was received 2 weeks ago today per tracking and proof of delivery. I emailed Saturday to ask why I hadn’t gotten a refund and had not received a response as of today. So I called and was told that they would process my refund. I assume you have to call to get it after following their instructions? Never again. I spent $220 on a plumber who unsuccessfully tried to install a defective product. Delta sent the replacement and it took less than 5 minutes to install. Expensive lesson learned.”

“Plumber stock required an RMA number to process the return, since I ordered the part through Amazon, all I was told was this was required to process but no instructions as to how to obtain the number. I went to Plumber stocks website, emailed their support email, no answer, went back and looked for a number to call, it said to text rather than call, did that, no answer. So I finally called, got an answer and got the number. I think if a company is going to sell through Amazon, they should provide clearer instructions on how to return an item.”
