“I had to cancel the card that was originally used to pay for my order. There seemed to be a fraudulent charge on it. I didn't think at the time, to phone your company to use a different card. MJ helped me to charge my order to another card that went through. He was very calm, courteous, friendly, so it was very easy to take care of the problem with his assistance. He is a really good customer service representative.”

“The human service is 5 stars. The website is not. The website gave the appearance there were plenty of the item in stock when I placed the order. Customer service reached out to inform me the item had been discontinued and was no longer available, and the replacement item was also not available. MJ and Christy were very professional.”

“I was inquiring about a sink that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and hoped that I had found a source for it. Using the chat feature, I was able to confirm with Aaron that they did not have the sink in stock. Without his help, I would have blindly ordered a sink that did not exist, but, fortunately, Aaron was able to keep me from wasting everyone's time! Thanks, Aaron!”
