“Only rated four as the delivery driver left my shower tray outside the front door and I could not lift it by myself. Then I saw the paperwork that I had to check it all before he left as there was nothing could be done about any damage after i’d accepted the package. Luckily there was no damage! Happy with how easy it was to order and excellent price in comparison to other websites.”

“Customer service quite good when something goes wrong but it shouldn't have come to that, items should be delivered in a good condition, I di believe that it isn't ghe fault of plumbworld but the couriers that get are using”

“Good price for the towel rail we wanted. Happy with shipping costs and timings. Bit annoying the towel rail calves weren't included as they're pretty essential and cost an extra £30. Packaging was poor condition, but towel rail perfect.”
