“Good products, reasonable prices, delivery as promised. Just beware if you live in flats you will be expected to carry your items (in my case, as a small woman, a bath, shower door and taps) by yourself from the lorry in the road to your flat so be prepared!”

“Great aftersales service. Our cistern was damaged during the delivery process - it could have been better packed- but replaced within 24 hours. We love the design of the toilet we bought and it was a very reasonable price.”

“Great price, ordered multi panels, delivery wasn’t as quick as expected, nor did I get any notification it was being delivered. However customer service answered the phone quickly and resolved this issue as it was an external supplier problem leaving both parties without any updates.”
