“I wasn't expecting this from pocket option. I contacted to the support to refund my funds that I had 10550$ in my account and they just returned me 1531$ but my all deposited amount is 11162$. And I need this money for my father's surgery and i explained my situation, they said we already refunded 1531$ but my deposited amount is 11162$. I don't know why they are doing this in these days because I heard from many people to some people they are not giving withdrawals and blocking accounts. I asked to the support team for date, time and type of violation but they are not giving any response just saying clause 2.3. I request you to solve my issue.”

Please note that sharing the same withdrawal wallet with others is prohibited on the platform, violating clauses 2.3 and 3.3 of the Public Offer Agreement and the Company's Anti-Money Laundering(AML) policy. Due to your violation, only the deposit can be refunded, not any profits or bonuses. We have issued you a refund for your recent deposits. Kindly note that your account's withdrawal amount is much more than the deposit amount. According to clause 10.3 of the Public Offer Agreement and data on the total amount of funds received and paid on your trading account, all financial liabilities towards you were adequately fulfilled.
