“The Pool Shop team were very helpful when I called to confirm shipping arrangements and availability before I booked online. Their price for genuine American Pentair parts, including shipping to Melbourne, was 40% less than my local PoolWerx wanted for generic parts. Hard to complain about that! Frustrating that Pentair/Onga insist on shipping from Melbourne to Pool Shop in NSW who then had to ship back to me in Melbourne. Not Pool Shop's fault but not very cost or environmentally friendly by Pentair/Onga. I don't mind dealing through a retailer but wholesalers should be more practical.”
