“When I called on the Tuesday I was assured the item would be posted on the Wednesday leaving the best chance for me to get it by Friday (to limit the amount of time the pool was used without the filter on) The filter could not run without the plug. When I followed up the tracking item on the THURSDAY I was told it hadnt been posted yet and would get it out. It reached the post office at 4.50pm Thursday and I received the item on the Monday. Disappointing that it hadnt been posted and appears to only have been posted as a result of me querying it. I ended up purchasing one from Melbourne on the Friday to allow the weekend to filter. I paid more in postage than the item was worth and appears the postage was the worst part.”

“I recently purchased a skimmer basket on line . The item was packed and sent the same day and arrived at my door in a lot less time than expected. The basket was the corrct type and way cheaper than other on line pool stores. I will definately use PSA if they keep the parts I need. I have had some issues with two similar pool shops so it's nice to have options. A great first time experience . Also purchased a chlorinator cell and again great service and a very good price compared to other on-line shops”
