“They were the only place I called to help out with a pool cleaner issue I needed urgently. The problem with a replacement cable was dealt with immediately and I had it available to me right away. I will definitely use them again if I need anything. Thanks very much”

“I just bought a new pump from the pool shop. I decribed what I thought I needed to Dave from Pool Shop Australia and he posted the new pump straight away. My new pump is installed and running with no problems at all. I will definitely use Pool Shop Australia again if needed.”

“When I first received an email confirmation of this order, the message said that I would receive another message when it was despatched. I did not receive such a mesage. After waiting nearly two weeks, I phoned yesterday, to be told that it was on its way. I received another email with a tracking number which did not work. Today the overcover arrived. I am pleased with its quality.”
