I ordered a letterbox Christmas delivery for boxing day. Paid extra for postage to the Netherlands No tracking number No reply to my email No delivery Just a message asking for a review. Very disappointed and disappointing for the recipient.

The delivery was absolutely terrible. It was ordered to arrive on Dc 6 and arrived on Dec 19th. There was no notice that it was late.

I believe the quality of the chocolate is good. However it was not delivered on my selected date, when I emailed to enquire the customer service team were vague and not helpful. Doesn’t fill me with confidence to order with them again, especially for a premium brand. I would expect more.

Really disappointed. Ordered a gift weeks ago which never arrived. No explanation as to it’s whereabouts. Had to wait for it to be back in stock to reorder. Have been told it’s back in and reshipped but it still hasn’t arrived and had heard nothing from PostBoxed. So unsatisfactory and feel extremely let down.

Very disappointed. I ordered what were advertised as two packs plus two extra presents for family who had to cancel holiday through Covid. No separate packs - everything arrived jumbled together. One reason I chose this firm was the packs for individual children. I might just as well have ordered a collection of items from Amazon - for far less money.

Paid for first class delivery, took 5 days. Delivered to wrong address ( delivered to my address not gift recipient) very disappointed

My friend's birthday is July 30. I selected July 30 for delivery date and it was delivered on June 29, one month early! What would my friend think of me? That I don't remember his exact birthday? June 30 instead of July 30? It's very embarrassing to me!

The reason I booked with PostBoxed was because the website allowed me to choose a fixed day for delivery. I was buying a gift for my brother-in- law whose own family are terrible at remembering birthdays so I wanted to be sure he had at least one gift on the day. Was so disappointed when it didn’t arrive - and even more disappointed when I emailed Postbox to tell them this and got no response. The present eventually arrived, three days late, by when the element of surprise was over. What a shame and a waste of money

Hi Emma, thank you for your review and I am sorry your gift was late. The Royal Mail are experiencing problems in a few areas and I apologise that this meant your gift was a little late. We always reply to customer emails but didn't get one from you so had no idea your order was late. I hope the recipient liked their gift despite it being late and that it wasn't a total waste of money as you say. Best wishes, Liza

The order supposed to arrive on chosen date and was ordered in advance. However, it was delivered few days after the birthday of my friend wich was absolutely disappointing. Won't use it again ever!

Hi Aneta, Thank you for your review! Your order was placed late in the evening and we posted it the following morning First Class with the Royal Mail. I am sorry it took 2 days of the 1-2 day estimate - we can't get the post to go any faster unfortunately. I am sorry that this wasn't clear when you placed the order. I know you say you won't place any orders again with us and I understand, but if you do decide to I would recommend leaving a little longer just in case, as the Royal Mail at the moment is sometimes taking the full 2 days of their estimate. Unhappy with this service. The postage was extremely delayed and the instructions were missing from one of the items within the box. Wouldn't order from here again.

Hi Jade, thank you for your review! there are no notes with individual items. Each gift box is sent with the gift note you write on your shopping cart page so there would have only been one note with your one order. I am sorry about the postage. Delivery outside the UK is seeing delays for some orders at the moment because of staff shortages from the current situation. We have warnings for this but can understand it is still disappointing.
