The gift I sent for a friends 40th birthday has not arrived in Cyprus. I left plenty of time and used Postboxed as they claim to specialise in getting gifts abroad efficiently. So disappointed!

Box has not arrived. Sent 10 days ago to France. Very disappointed as it was a birthday present for my daughter in law.

I ordered chocolates for my God mothers 90 birthday.She lives in the Republic of Ireland I ordered them on the 19 September for delivery on her birthday 24 September They were delivered until 5 October No apology just told delayed due to post!!! I will never use again

Over two weeks and my mum still hasn't received her birthday present. Poor choice of delivery service to use Royal mail untracked when the whole point of your business is gift deliveries!

Hi Nadia, thank you for your review. Unfortunately shipping to Italy from the UK is taking longer than expected which is why we have the warnings online. It was actually you that chose the untracked service, not us! We have both untracked and tracked and you selected the untracked option. We always follow up when things take longer than expected and resend or give out refunds when required. Best wishes, liza

Ordered on the 5th August and it is now the 20th but nothing has been received so sadly I cannot review the product. Very sad as it was for a birthday present. I received the shipping information so maybe it’s due to the postal service but spending money and receiving nothing is extremely disappointing.

Ordered a birthday gift for a friend on 30th June, thought that giving a specific delivery date would be fine and they would dispatch in time. Order was dispatched on 3rd July to be delivered on the 7th - the order still hasn't been received! I have sent an enquiry to the company and got the following response "The Royal Mail estimates normal first class deliveries to take 1-2 working days but because of the current situation there have been delays in a lot of parts of the UK, as warned on our website. The gift is not sent tracked as it will arrive with the normal post and will be delivered through the letterbox. The Royal Mail have assured us that even if things are delayed the post is not lost and will reach its destination." I understand that things may be delayed at the moment but its been 3 weeks since I ordered it and 2 weeks since they dispatched it! Won't be chancing this again.

Hi Michaela, Thank you for your review and I am sorry your gift still hasn't arrived. We sent that email to you over a week ago and had no idea your gift still hasn't arrived. If we had known then we would certainly have offered to send a replacement or give you a refund. It is very rare for this to happen when using the Royal Mail but delays for a very small number of areas in the UK are still occurring because of the current situation. My friend in France still hasn't received these gifts so I am not happy at all with your service I'm afraid. Perhaps you could tell me what's happened to them ? They were quite expensive

I am very upset as the package was never received by my friend. My friend was very down and had been suffering with Coronavirus. She was all alone and I wanted to cheer her up. She never received the box and I have paid for it too!

Item arrived later than stated and the gift card was missing so had to wait for someone to enquire before finding out who it was from!

I placed my order on the 9th April it was an Easter Present for my Granddaughter she has still not received it what an awful company no response as to where my gift is. I give this company zero stars and would not recommend them whatsoever. Order Number #19449 if the company is actually interested and would give me an update or a complete refund.

I placed an order for my fathers 78th Birthday present. He is self isolating and wasn’t going to get any presents. I thought it would be perfect. However all he received was a card from Royal Mail saying it is too big to fit through the letter box (Which is standard size). So he doesn’t have a present and has no means of collecting it. He lives in wales and I live in England. I cannot go and get it for him. This order has been a complete waste of time and money and instead of being a nice surprise has caused my poor old Dad a lot of stress and upset. Definitely would not recommend or use again.
