Unable to review product as it has not been delivered. I appreciate that strikes have made things difficult but I have received almost no communication from the company and now they ask for a review? Not impressed!!!!! Find out where my Christmas gift to my friend has ended up please - and communicate with me!!!

What went wrong is I brought a box for £20 and didn't even get £5 worth of TAT I highly recommend GO SOME WHERE ELSE and buy. Complete and utter rubbish. I would ask for refund but I have lost my Invoice.(I have customer Ref 496222/45475.) not that I will see a refund DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered 2 "matchbox" gifts to be delivered to a friend for her birthday - the gifts were supposed to be delivered internationally to France in 3-5 working days. The website subtly warned about the possibility of delays but not enough emphasis was put on this. Her birthday was on the 7th of November, I ordered on the 3rd - thinking a day or two late wouldn't be too much of an issue. It's now the 18th and the French tracking website is saying the recipient has to travel to a collection point and present id in order to receive it. The tracking website has been down for a few days so it's been difficult to check for updates. I now have to tell my friend that the presents I bought for her birthday that happened weeks ago are at some mystery collection point and she needs to go over there and show id to get them? This whole order including the postage cost me £30, and the two products are very small. I am really not happy with this purchase. I've emailed the company but was not offered any kind of compensation for this. DO NOT USE.

The item I sent was never posted and returned to sender. I emailed to say this had happened but no one has responded to me so therefore I paid for something that was never delivered

I ordered a birthday gift for a friend and this was the first order I placed with Post Boxed. The gift box arrived broken, open and empty. My friend had to make a complaint and a replacement was sent. A very disappointing experience and not a nice birthday surprise for my friend.

Hi Judith, thank you for your review! This was a really unfortunate situation an d your gift got tampered with whilst it was on its way with the Royal Mail. There was no way of us knowing this happened until the recipient told us and we apologised, sent out a replacement the following morning and notified you to tell you what happened. I hope that you can see we did our best to handle what is a very unusual circumstance and i apologise again that it happened. Best wishes, Liza

I have still not received my purchased item over two weeks since ordering. I believe this is down to Royal Mail strikes.

Unfortunately the gift was not received as person was not home to receive. So was sent to post office. I was under the impression that the product would literally be posted through the letter box?

All bad, Not dispatched next day Not delivered in 3 to 5 working days Still not delivered, Over 2weeks later Customer service? None Refund? None Price High Do not use!!!!

Didn’t dispatch next day Didn’t arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Still hasn’t arrived 12 working days later. Won’t respond to emails. Shocking! Do not make bold claims you cannot keep Mr & Mrs postboxed. Certainly not hassle free!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent this as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately when she received it she found the box had been open and there was no candle. I was extremely upset and embarrassed as I wanted to send a thoughtful gift. I won’t be buying from here again.

Ordered 2 boxes to be sent to Sweden, because Postboxed said delivery 3-5 working days and they would get it cleared through customs. I know since Brexit, customs have been hard to clear, so not totally naive to expect delivery that fast but….. Over a month is not really acceptable, when it was £12.95 to post. Thoroughly disappointed, just hope son and grandson find the gifts acceptable

I don’t like to leave negative reviews however on this occasion I have no choice. Terrible service. Ordered before Christmas and the gift package still hasn’t been delivered nearly 3 weeks later! No reply to any chasing emails. Would not recommend at all. Very very disappointed. 12/01/22- And since this review I still haven’t had a single response other than the reply to this. All emails have been sent again, along with follow ups and chasing emails….not one response. Very very disappointed.

Dear Samantha, thank you for your review! I am sorry your gifts are late. We haven't received any emails from you - are you sure you emailed Postboxed? I know sometimes our suppliers get emails intended for us. I have searched through everything using your order number, email, name etc and can't find anything. Ordered on 22/11/21. The order never arrived. I emailed the company on two different email addresses on 7/12 and 9/12 and have not received a reply still. I paid for international shipping plus taxes to PostBoxed, then was contacted by the local courier that more taxes needed paying which was not made clear at all by PostBoxed. It would appear that I’ve been charge double for taxes by the company and courier. In total has cost me over £50 to attempt to send 4 bars of chocolate to my partner. Disappointed in that and the poor customer service, would not recommend this company.
