Unfortunately there is nowhere on the website with your email address rather than a proforma document which has no guarantee of being read. Also, I ordered this on Wednesday and expected 1-2 working days as per your website, so even with Easter this is 2 days delayed. I’m sure you can track parcels that go through a postbox without requiring a signature - as it stands I’ve given you money with no evidence of the goods being received and nothing other than a dispatched note to say it was on its way on Thursday last week... As I said Liz no where on your website to contact you directly.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to disappointed you. We do not track deliveries as they are posted directly through letterboxes and sent out most efficiently with the Royal Mail's normal letter post - we do not want recipients to have to sign for anything, especially in the current situation. Your order was placed right before the Easter break so It is only a day late today not a week late. The Royal Mail are understandably experiencing delays in some parts of the UK because of measures taken to stop the spread of the virus. Dear Imogen , We have a contact form on our website to contact us and we always reply within one working day (usually within a few hours). My email address is liza@postboxed.co.uk (I should have put this in the initial reply - sorry!) I don't know what proforma document you are referring to on our website. If gifts are not delivered we certainly offer to re-send or give a refund. We do not need you to prove that they haven't been received we are just asking for patience in this unprecedented time which you can choose not be. The 4 day weekend means that things are later than some people expect because they don't realise that they do not count as working days.

Item was due to arrive 11/04/20 for a birthday on the 13th, but item still has not arrived (15th).

I ordered a birthday box for my granddaughter. The money was taken out of my bank account within two days however the present did not arrive. I e mailed your company and you replied that it would be delivered within the next two to three days. I sent another email yesterday asking for a refund as the present has still not arrived. I did also purchase another present from another company that arrived within two days. I am sorry but I could not recommend your company. I still have not received my refund or a reply to my email.

Dear Heather. Thank you for your review. I replied to your email 8 minutes after you sent it. This is the only email we have had from you and no request for a refund was made. I am really sorry your gift hasn't arrived yet. The Royal Mail are experiencing delays and we are offering refunds when asked if you do not want to wait for the gift to arrive. When you emailed us before your gift wasn't late yet which is why no refund was given. I am sorry if you think we gave you the impression it would definitely arrive within two days when we wrote the following to you: 'The Royal Mail's first class service takes approximately 1 and 2 working days for deliveries but they are experiencing delays in a lot of areas at the moment' We are all trying as hard as possible during the current situation and our gifts are being sent out as soon as possible. We are also always replying to emails as soon as possible as we know our customers are worried about delays. The majority of gifts are still arriving the next day with the Royal Mail and we are following up on those that are being severely delayed.

Unfortunately it was never received. This was a gift for my Aunty and unfortunately I did put number 9 instead of number 8 as the address so I assumed it was my fault but having now been able to get in touch with number 9 it was also never delivered to them so sorry I’m unable to give a review.

Hi, we replied to your query by email offering to re-send the gift or give you a refund but never had a reply from you. Now your gift has been returned to us by the Royal Mail as nobody at the address you gave has the name given by you. We have offered to re-send the gift to the correct address and are waiting for your reply.

I ordered my books a week before they needed to be there. I specified an arrival date. They were still 4 days late. It was very embarrassing for a small child’s birthday gift. I know they rely on Royal Mail- but they clearly need to send stuff earlier if they find the service unreliable. They had enough notice and left it to the last minute. I wouldn’t use them again.

We gave a full two days in advance for your order but it was likely late because the postcode you gave was incorrect. When addresses are incorrect the Royal Mail, understandably, sometimes take longer than expected. We only realised that the post code did not match the address when we looked into why your order was late after this review.

Paid extra for individual postage for a few different family Christmas presents, however they all came in one box with no individual labelling. Family had to open them all and see what was inside. This was not as agreed.

Did not arrive on requested day, not clear on we site that requested day isn’t guaranteed, not put through standard letterbox. Despite it being for postbox, postman left with neighbour who has gone away for xmas, so I will be seeing my friend before she gets the present.

I ordered a birthday gift for my friend, already with an extended delivery time I thought it was sure to arrive in time. However more than 1 week later it still hasn't arrived. I'm very dissatisfied, my money has been spent and the gift is yet to arrive.
