“Not as pictured - bought for a gift - was embarrassed at having sent it when she showed me it. Don't bother with discount code won't be ordering from you again. Positive note it arrived on time.”

“Wrong gift box sent out, and it was of a lesser value than the one I purchased. No response from postboxed when I contacted them about it. Very disappointed”

Hi Laura, thank you for your order and feedback. I am sorry for the mix-up. We have been trying to get through to you since we saw your email but our replies always bounce (and there is no phone number). We wanted to see if we could send a replacement and offered to just let you keep the box you had been sent. If you can include a phone number in an email to us then we can make sure everything is sorted. My apologies again.
