Not impressed not only did the product (the multi use tool keyring) come damaged (scratched in numerous places) it was also packed in such a way that it wouldn’t go through the letter box so spent the first half of my day trying to get it from the local sorting office!

Dear Alison, Thank you for your review. I am sorry your order hasn't arrived yet - this is the first anyone at Postboxed has heard that this has happened. Your gift was sent out the morning after your order was placed and as it is going to France delivery might take longer than you expected. Currently in Indonesia so I arranged a Hug in Box for a sick friend before leaving UK. Heard nothing so checked with friend Nothing has arrived. Waste of my hard-earned money! What's worse is my love and kind thoughts weren't delivered.

Very disappointed as none of the three boxes arrived before Christmas. In fact they still haven’t arrived and I was informed that they were dispatched 10 days ago.

Hi Helen, I am sorry your gift was lost in the post. This happens very rarely with the Royal Mail and it upsets us that you are still so disappointed. We offered you a refund or to re-send the gift immediately and you chose a refund. When we realised you were still unhappy I offered to send the gift again free of charge and have had no response. Problems happen with the Royal Mail this time of year but they are very rare and we are working together to improve the service. I am sorry that there wasn't more we could have done for you! This gift has not yet arrived one week after it was said it was dispatched. This was meant to be a sentimental birthday gift but the recipients birthday has passed now.

My family ordered me a mystery luxury box set which when arrived was beautifully assembled. However the contents were not exactly what I liked and so when trying to return, this process was extremely difficult. The items I returned and the money I got back was a significant difference in price due to apparently return postage costs and apparently they don’t make money on the boxes so That needs to be taken into account. I expected £60 returned and only got £42 - however I paid for the items to be returned. All in all I was very disappointed with the service of this company and do not believe they adhered to their returns policy and will not recommend or use this company ever again. There is no second chance as a first encounter and my first encounter was very poor. Look for another company to use!

Hi Joshua, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed you feel this way, especially after our email conversations. We made it easy for you to return the items in your box and gave a refund for them within hours of receiving them back - we could not refund you directly as you were not the one who purchased the gift but we did offer you to choose something else or refund the person who sent you the gifts (which is what we did). Mystery gift boxes contain gifts that we hope will be appreciated by as many recipients as possible and we are sorry you didn't like the items we chose - which is why we refunded you for them when returned. We cannot, for obvious reasons, accept any edible items back to us and this is clear in our returns policy. I know you were disappointed by this and I can only apologise that this is so. Each mystery box contains items of a value higher than the box itself, as explained when we emailed, which is why we could not refund you the £60 you expected as this was not even the value of the items purchased in your box or as part of the mystery box. I could tell you were disappointed when we were emailing and I was only trying to help, even offering you to choose something for free with an order or for me to send you a voucher. As you didn't respond I thought you were happy with the outcome. We are a small team here and do not want anyone to feel disappointed so please get in touch if there is anything further we can do to make you feel better about your experience.

Hi Karen, Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed a week ago today and was sent out the same day by us. As it was being sent abroad deliveries are estimated to take 3 to 5 working days (this does not include weekends or public holidays). August the 15th was a public holiday in the destination of your gift and this could have delayed the gift - so it isn't even out of the estimated delivery time yet. The item received was not the item I ordered but a similar item. I noticed the item I ordered was out of stock the day after I ordered so I'm unsure weather this was a mistake or an alternative was sent deliberately.

Hi, thank you for your review and I apologise that a mix up seems to have happened with your order. I can assure you that we would never intentionally mix up orders! We keep only a low stock for a number of our items as we are a small company and we would never list something that we do not have. We haven't had any notice or email telling us of the mix-up until we saw this review. I will send this is a separate email and hopefully we can sort everything out.

It's now the day after Valentine's Day. The present still hasn't arrived. And you haven't replied to either of my enquiries. There's no way to get through to you - no phone number, no email address - just a form that you obviously ignore. Please contact me so that I can have a full refund. Order Number #3763

Hello! I'm not happy to write a bad review and before doing so I tried repetitively to contact customer service. I am very disappointed that a package I sent more than a week ago to Italy has not been delivered yet and there is no way to contact customer service to have some news about the status of the delivery. Very annoying and unfair. Sorry to say!!!

Hi Francesca, I am really sorry to hear this. As you can probably see from our other reviews we respond to any customer queries immediately and cannot work out how yours has slipped through and apologise that we missed you - you are right that this is annoying and unfair. Your gift was sent out to Italy on the 24th and The Royal Mail estimates that it takes between 3 and 5 working days to reach its destination. The Royal Mail pass it on to local delivery services that are out of their control and sometimes this means that it takes a few more days than estimated. My order did not arrive yet. Perhaps if you ship tracked I could investigate where my package got stuck. In this situation, I can only hope that my fully paid order will arrive one day. At least I got a fast response from your customer service that deserves a star. Thank you
