“It's okay considering the price. The customer service rep that I talked to about missing a discount was disappointing. One would think that choosing powerblock would afford you some leeway with customer service considering the powerblocks + all the stages exceed $1000, but nope.”

“We just received our power block and have upgraded already, adding some add-on kits. We had another version of adjustable dumbbells that just weren’t working for us. First, they were metric second, they just didn’t seem sturdy enough as the weights rattled around while doing exercises. The flower block is simple, solid, and well built. in addition, our healthcare spending account paid for the whole thing, this beats a gym membership, hands-down.”

“I am extremely happy with the US made power blocked dumbbells. After a few months with the initial set, I have outgrown them and needed the first expansion. Excellent fit and finish. Clearly built to last. It would be great if there was an option to get the knurled handles with the first set and not have to buy them separately. Thanks for a great product.”

“These adjustable dumbbells are great. I chose the sport exp line because they were enough to get me started and could grow with my training. I've used adjustable dumbbells from a few manufacturers before my power blocks, they either lacked in durability or convenience of weight change. Have bought both upgrade sets and I have no regrets. I would easily reccommend them to anyone looking to start a home gym.”

“Great product. Bought them to replace another brand of adjustable dumbbells that were no longer working properly. As they are a different shape than traditional dumbbells, there is a bit of a learning curve. Overall, very pleased. Customer service is very good. Highly recommend! And, made in USA!”

“A difficult decision with all the adjustable dumbbell options, but the PowerBlocks are still the best out there. Being able to switch between different weights and being able to be used for all varieties of exercises is fantastic. The knurled grip option is what definitely sold me as well as the durability of the weights.”

“The newest version in just bought have the adder weights out farther than the handle making it feel really unbalanced for many exercises (curls, side lateral raises, etc). Knurled handle feels good to me but have had many people say they think they are too thick. 20% restocking fee.”

“Single best customer service experience I've ever had. I ran into an issue where the expansion kit I bought by mistake for my EXP broke because it wasn't the right fit, and Ashley from Powerblock's customer service team replaced my entire expansion set with the appropriate set, rather than only replacing my broken mismatched plate. The dumbbells themselves are excellent, but the customer service from Powerblock is above and beyond anything else in the industry.”
