“I was on the fence at first but I just told myself, “buy once, cry once”. That was the best decision. These dumbbells are so durable and easy to use. “Got my Blocks in 2021 or 2022, I forget, and wanted gnarled grips so bad. Saw Coop on Garage Gym Reviews had them and they looked great. Finally saw these in 2024 and got em straight away. Absolutely a must have upgrade, they’re so much better in every workout now.”

“These knurled grips are a game changer. I already loved my Pro-EXP PowerBlock dumbells but adding these grips make them perfect. It's just enough to allow you to push a little harder during an intense workout. Highly recommend for anyone serious about training!”

“My experience ordering from Powerblock has been excellent. My experience with the actual delivery of the products varies. I ordered an American Elite Curl Bar a month or so ago I live in Iowa. The FedEx app said the ‘barcode was unreadable’ and proceeded to fly it to Oregon overnite. Huh?! When they finally realized their error they then proceeded to send it to me from Oregon via truck which took several days. When I finally received the bar the box it was shipped in looked like it was fresh from the front lines in Ukraine. Incredibly, and due only to the integrity of the hardened solid steel bar itself, it was undamaged…no thanks to FedEx. Shipping via FedEx is a 50/50 gamble in my experience…I have a lot of products shipped to me…have had for over 20 years. FedEx routinely lets a customer sit all day long awaiting a scheduled delivery for nothing only to be informed close to bedtime that the item wlll not be delivered that day and that a new delivery date is ‘pending’ which often isn’t revealed until midday the next day. They’ve done this for years. Every time I see that a seller has picked FedEx to deliver my purchase I cringe. Fedex has a chronic, systemic problem. Even more annoying they’ve sometimes informed me that an item will be delivered earlier than expected only to cancel that delivery, as I’ve said, after I’ve sat all day waiting for it. I’ve actually backed out of product ordering when I could see that FedEx was the shipper and bought the same product from a different seller which did not use FedEx. If i ran a business FedEx would be my shipper of last resort. Google ‘FedEx sucks’…they are infamous. They are legend.”

“i've been waiting to write a review until ive put in some work with my USA 90s. now that i have, i have to say that i love my powerblocks! The handles have nice knurling, glad they upgraded from rubber as the default! swapping weights is easy and fast and can be done anywhere in contrast to other adjustables where you have to go back to the base that holds the weights youre not using. weights are sturdy, compact and not a problem when needed for two hand, 1 dumbbell exercises. instead of a triangle grip, you will hold the dumbbell by the crossmembers that are diagonally from eachother. i am looking forward to grabbing the dumbbell stand and straight bar next!”
