“Needed a replacement pin for a ~20 year old model. Powerblock had pins in stock and shipped quickly. Overall good shopping experience, and the pins actually appear to be an improvement on the originals which is nice.”

“I am still waiting to hear from PowerBlock on how I can go about returning my order. As I said, the blocks I ordered do not fit the system I have. I received an email saying there would be a follow up and I have not received that yet.”

“I have several sets of dumbbells but having recently had shoulder surgery I needed some lighter ones for my shoulder I was rehabbing. Rather than by standard dumbbells I decided to go with Powerblocks. I really love them. They adjust very quickly and I can go heavy in one hand an lighter in the other.”

“The dumbells are overall very good but the rubber grips are lousy. Tried ordering metal handles to replace them but powerblock does not make them for the elite exp dumbells.”

“Great so far, I have had the elite curl bar for over a week and it meets my needs. Curls are great but also for skull crushers and even for back workouts. I use the bar for back rows in the flat and slightly inclined positions. This curl bar is a great addition to my 2007 dumbbell set (still going strong) along with the straight bar. Now I'm just waiting for the PowerBlock lat pull down system”

“it was totally worthless and a waste of money. I have a very old powerblock system as I was an enthusiast years ago when it was not cool. My very old PowerBlock uses a magnet to keep the weight adjustment arms in place and the old magnets are not strong enough anymore. PowerBlock has changed to a different securing system for the weight changes in the PowerBlock and they no longer fit my old PowerBlock system. So now my PowerBlock does not work unless I secure each new weight selection apart from the designed magnetic security. Sucks. Also cost me the price of a current securing device that does not fit my original PowerBlock”

“What a great company all around. Fabulous product and customer service. I've had my PB set for over 5 years and needed a replacement weight. I orered the wrong set and the PB team was very helpful, responded quickly and helped me get the correct product with no hassle. No wonder they have been in business for over 30 years!”

“I have an older (20 yrs) 90 lb set. One of the plates finally gave out ( lots of abuse,) and even though my model is no longer produced, I sent a picture , and Ashley from customer service got it to me in a few days . Great product / great service ,”

“I order a Power Block 24 and stand online from their website. The stand was defective - had one leg shorter that the other three. I contacted customer support re-opting the issue. Ashley of customer support asked for video illustrating the issue. I am not real proficient at taking videos but Ashley quickly resolved the issue Power Block replaced stand. Great company quality product and great customer support.”

“I was reluctant to spend the money but then there was a sale that included the stand, it was a great deal that I could not pass up. I’ve had power blocks before and knew that they were the best dumbbell I’ve ever used. It’s great to use these again.”

“My first home serious home gym equipment. Everything appears high quality. Everything came in separeate boxes. The Heaviest/biggest box is the Bench. The only issue I ran into was that that Power Bench had a bolt that was to be install (near the wheelie side) that almost felt like it was getting stuck and might crossthread. I used some Amsoil Metal Protector and just a little big more force carefully and it finally screwed in no issues. They might want to check on the machining of that bolt hole. The Powerblock Dumbbells are nice to use, I do need to get use to them as the extra 2.5lb weights need be be balanced. The only thing I might ask to hopefully improve on is a smaller diameter grip (standard barbell/deadlift bar size grip) and maybe an indentation on the grip so that your hand will be centered on the grip (which is important to help balance the dumbbell when doing pressing movements)”
