“I ordered from Powertoolmate as the prices were very competitive. The three cordless tools arrived on time, in one cardboard box. But the packaging was very poor, as the only thing separating the three tools was scrunched up paper. The box wasn't lined at the bottom either, so the tools arrived with some minor scratches, which isn't too good. The cordless circular saw had already begun to break out of the box, so the packaging needs to be readdressed. The minimum it needs is bubblewrap around each cordless tool.”

We usually do quality assure our packaging before dispatching items in order to avoid these issues. “The item was delivered in good time but good have had more robust packaging as the box itself had been dented in transit. I have not tested it yet as it is a birthday present so hopefully the contents are not damaged also. If you hear nothing more from me then everything is good”
