“I like your products, however, for multiple reasons, I don't buy as much as I used to buy. Your prices are way too high. I have mentioned before that the website is a nightmare. It takes way too long to place an order= find the products I want and put in my discount code etc...why isn't the discount code automatically added since I have signed in under my name? You do not offer bottles of products in larger quantities so I was throwing tons of plastic bottles into the trash.”
