“I’m very pleased with the products. A little disappointed that I can’t get them as quickly as I used to be able to do. But I don’t feel that is PRL problem”

“I wish you would work with a different service for delivery than Fedex. They are very unreliable. Package was supposed to come on Wednesday. Then it showed Thursday. Now it’s Friday and still not here. Pls use priority mail USPS or UPs”

“LOVE your products! i think you can lose the obsolete and wasteful shrink wrap on bottles and even use less packing paper, since the bottle are plastic. i do NOT enjoy the ordering process. i find it confusing, unclear and hard to manage. i worked for hours on an online order to get the right (amount) of things so that i could take advantage of the heart supplements sale and not have to pay shipping, only to find that the subtotal was not the amount determining whether or not i received free shipping (very unclear!!) and so i did not and am very disappointed by the whole frustrating process. perhaps it could be simplified? or clarified at least?! thanks!”
