“I ordered 4 products and 2 and a half weeks received only 3. I paid for 4. I called my rep and she told me they were out but the records did not show her that when she took my order. . We are waiting for 1 week to see if the product comes in. If not, my rep said she would seek to credit my charge card. just to clarify, I am happy with my rep, not with warehouse and shipping.”

“I’m a practitioner and i was charged the regular price instead of practitioner proce. I called twice to resolve the issue and I found that the customer service didn’t follow through on what they said they would. The second person I spoke with said she didn’t even see a note from the first person i spoke with who was supposed to email me a new invoice. When I asked her for a final invoice she was not very friendly then finally said she would send it. When I had questions she said she doesn’t know and the first person I spoke to would have the answers (who remains unidentified?). Anyways, it hasn’t been s very smooth process so far. I’m hoping things improve with the company and that maybe these last 2 times I interacted with someone was just a fluke.”

“The PRL website continues to have issues. Put things in cart and go back to look at other items and attempt to add new items to cart and website won't accept new items. Ugh!”

“Supplements ordered 12/21/23, received 1/5/24. I spoke with an excellent customer service representative 12/22 about my address change. She was very helpful. She explained, and I don’t recall the exact language that was used, that new systems were being developed to improve services. Therefore I was not surprised by the delay. The contents were packed well and the order was correct. I continue to use a small range of Premier products because of the recommendations of my health care practitioner Barry Bragg. I don’t know how long I will be able to afford these products because of their expense.”

“I love your products and the excellent quality and results I have. I would have given 4.5 if able. Gave 4 stars because the shipping took too long this time, and usually does, and because of the holidays, i was not surprised it took longer. This time I ordered Dec 22 and received my order on the 3rd.....almost 3 weeks.”

“PRL emails me only when they need my review, but I never hear from PRL about discounts or promotions if it wasn’t for my practitioner who keeps me in the loop. In this case, keep your communication with practitioners only.”

“Products are great. Need to be a little more communicative when it comes to products being placed on back order. The customer shouldn’t have to notify office of this. Simply by notice on invoice would work.”

“As a healer I love love love the quality and effectiveness of PRL products. As a business person I lose business every day to Amazon reselling the same products. Please stop that channel. I do all the work diagnosing and recommending only to lose the business even if I offer a discount. I don’t think it improves your business because your resellers are making the recommendations and all are losing business to this Amazon reseller. Would also like to see a digestive enzyme mix similar to Tennant Digestive Enzymes.”

“My client needed and overnight shipment before she left the country. I paid for overnight and it was shipped two days late. It was delivered on the day she left. After she left. I’m dissatisfied.”
