“The products are excellent but have to purchase a minimum of $100 to get free shipping. Please consider lowering that amount. I’m grateful for the discount I’m eligible for because of my practitioner. This shipment seemed to arrive faster than usual. The packing job was excellent! The items arrived in perfect condition and my order was correct. Thank you!!”

“I was wanting to order coconut oil. I have ordered it in the past. When I checked on Amazon it is out of stock. Is there a reason when on the prlab site it doesn't say out of stock instead of not showing up at all. Super frustrating to spend time looking for something on your website that doesn't show up. Better communication would contribute to more ease. I have found the quality of some of your products to have decreased in the last few years. I am less likely to refer people to your products than I had in the past.”
