“For fifteen years I have rarely been dissatisfied with the service I received from PRL. Since November 2023, getting orders filled and shipped in a timely fashion is like pulling teeth. Even on the occasion that I have calledd the day I placed the order to indicate that my client (with end stage cancer) needs his products in fewer than two weeks, it still takes 9 days for his order to be filled. I retest clients after they've been on the protocol for three weeks. THat way they finish their protocol and have a seamless transition to the next phase. Apologizing for the company is becoming quite embarrassing.”

I called PRL and spoke with Zoe who immediately investigated the situation, which turned out to be a shipping and tracking problem. PRL reissued the product with no charge to me, and I received the product as ordered. I have always been happy with PRL, but this STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE took first prize! Zoe was extraordinary in her A+ helpfulness, diligence, courtesy and communication! Give this woman a raise! She is a real asset to PRL!”

“I trust the quality of the products that PRL sells. I am pleased with everything I have purchased up to this point. Delivery is prompt which is a plus. The only downside would be that on a previous delivery, if a shipment is missing items, they dont' let you know that the items missing in the box are out of stock. I understand products can go out of stock occasionally but it would be nice to let customer's know why the items are missing or thta they will be shipped when they are back in stock. I'd also like to be kept up to date periodically (via email) with estimates on when the outstand products I ordered would be back in stock so I don't have to call every few weeks.”

“Finest cleanest supplements on the market Products can only be improved by combining formulas . Pricing is very low for comparable products. I am looking forward to moving into client direct so I can see more patients. I would like to see you transition back to having your "account reps" specialize in assisting more with patient protocols and product recommendations rather than supporting the ordering process. “I have always considered PRL a 5 star company -- their new invoice now causes me to only give them a 4-star. PRL products are top notch. But now the ordering process has changed. Previously I even commented to one of their reps at a conference how I felt their ordering process online was super easy due to the order form in the box with all the stock numbers made it super easy. And the fact the products came with a full invoice including prices and another order form I felt it was the easiest company to order from & do business with. Getting the stock checked in was easy for pricing due to the full invoice in the box with all the prices on the invoice --- This whole new invoice has just made this an arduous task for pricing - not to mention the ordering process will take way much more time -- super disappointed in the change, but still extremely happy with their products”
