“Prices are good, email support not so much. Very slow to respond. No tracking number provided for delivery, so good luck trying to arrange to be in to take delivery of your purchase.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. The money was taken from my account immediately for the item I ordered and I received an email to say that payment had been received and they would contact me when it was ready for dispatch. 8 days later I still had not been contacted so I phoned the shop. I sat on hold for 40 minutes. When I finally got through to someone she said I needed to speak to internet services and put me back on hold for a further 15 minutes. The same lady picked up again to tell me that no one was available to take my call and they would call me back, so took my number. 2 days later, still no phone call. So I emailed, thinking that perhaps they respond more quickly to this. 2 days later they replied saying they would look into the issue for me. Still nothing a further 5 days later, so I phoned again and sat on hold for 50 minutes this time, at 9 in the morning, thinking that surely they can't be too busy at that time. At what point do you put the phone down and think they are just not answering???!!! Anyway, I did not get through to speak to anyone. So I emailed again. a day and a half later they emailed back and offered a refund. Over 2 weeks I have waited for this product and Pramcentre could not deliver. Extremely poor service and customer service. Certainly do not buy from here if you are desperate for a product or would actually like to be informed about the product you have paid for!!! Let's see if they actually deliver with the promise of a refund.”

“Appalling service. I will not be using Pramcenter again. Paid for delivery charges, for a mamas and papas snug and activity tray. Online it states the product will be delivered in 7 working days. I called and spoke to some thought the customer service line after 10 working days as I had received nothing. I was told the product would be dispatched straight away. 2 days later I received the snug but NO activity tray. Tired to call customer service, no answer after 55minuets. I received no online communication. I requested refund of delivery charges which they agreed to but I am yet to receive. Really disappointed, I havnt experienced anything like this with any product I have ordered online before. That fact they these products are for baby's and children's makes it very frustrating and inconveiniant.”

“Very poor communication!!! Received a confirmation email to say my payment had been received which also stated to allow up to 10 days for delivery. I then rang up on the 11th day to which I was on hold for over 30minutes to try and find out where my parcel was for them to say it had only just been delivered to them. I would of gone somewhere else if I knew how slow and how bad there communication on delivery would of been.”

“Waited for more than 3 weeks for delivery of items that are supposed to be in stock. No response to calling despite being on hold for 25 minutes at a time. When I e mailed I had to wait days for a reply that basically asked if I had resolved the issue by phone. No reply to my immediate e mail response back. Today after over half an hour on hold I've been told the items ordered are not in stock (still shows they are in stock on website) and so I've cancelled the order. Now waiting to see how long it takes them to refund my payment.”

“Awful customer service, ordered a blue bath seat for my son which the website said was in stock, two weeks later still no bath seat or contact from the company to explain the delay despite already taking payment. No answer when calling them, finally reached someone on the facebook page to be told the item wasn't in stock and when I asked for a refund they told me they could send me a pink one instead (Despite me ordering the blue one for my son..), when the product finally arrived they still sent the wrong colour, they sent me the lime one (not a problem really but still not what I ordered and waited three weeks for.) Product was fine but I will never order from them again as the trouble I had to recieve my item was just unacceptable”
