First time using your company and have to say excellent service,ordered a pushchair package(Baby Coutoure Senses 3 in1) online on wed,paid online,recieved a text later that day to say it would be delivered by fri,kept up to date with delivery and given a time slot,was able to track the driver letting me know where l was in his delivery schedule and how many minutes he was away from delivery,my delivery slot was between 13.16 and 14.16,he delivered at 13.23 that day,the whole experience was faultless,would use your company again when the time arises,thanks

The staff were knowledgeable and efficient. Ordered in what wasn't in stock. Problem with order but sorted within the week.

Needed to return an item due to the item not being fit for purpose and not safe for our child . Refused to accept request to return saying we had used it, but by there recommendations Spoke to the head of customer services and was told there was nothing she could do Very disappointed wouldn't recommend

I ordered and paid a deposit for a pram back in march. I was advised it would be an 8 week wait. This was fine. I called after 13 weeks as i had heard nothing to be advised that it would be in the shop 4 weeks before my due date. This was never advised until now. So we are 4 weeks from my due date I again called to checked my order to now be advised that orders dont come in until 2 weeks before your due date. And then to be advised it cant be checked until monday. The advisor also seemed to be quite short as if this may be a hassel. Mixed messages no further forward. I am potentially going to be taken 2 weeks early but will have no car seat or pram!

I ordered my Pram back in May knowing it would be a 8 week wait as it was out of stock - which was fine. I paid over £500 to Glasgow Pram Centre. I emailed them on the 8th week (July) to ask if there was a delivery date for my Pram as I was away for the weekend. I was told someone tried to call me once to explain this was an 8 week wait and did I want this re-ordered. I never received this call but they should have contacted me via email/post if they hadn't got me. So basically, I waited and wasted 8 weeks waiting on a Pram that wasn't even Ordered. Total lack of communication. I knew the Pram was out of stock in the first place and I was already told this. Anyhow, I was asked did I want this reordered when I contacted them 8 weeks after to be told this would be another wait! Not impressed with the service I received. Now my baby is due next month and I am having to start all over again and look for a Pram.

ordered pram adaptors on line - paid, heard nothing for couple of days, sent an e-mail only to be told item would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive as they had sold out!!!!!!!! - this was stated on anywhere on their site. Very disappointing wont be ordering again

Terrible customer service I'm afraid. Item not in stock, which was not clear online, told it might be imminent for first two weeks then told it would be 3-4 weeks and that had always been the case. Finally it turned up after 8 weeks when my baby was already 3 months old so we missed out on two months of use of an expensive item with a limited lifespan. Wish I had paid slightly more to buy from another company who could have delivered the very next day! Sadly I will not be ordering from Pram Centre ever again.

Our items do not show as being "In Stock", they offer the option in which to "Add to Basket". Ordered an item, than received an email that the item is not in stock and that I should get it in 3 weeks time. Month later still no item and the person I was dealing with not responding! Shocking! Very upsetting!

Hi Petra, I am so sorry for the trouble you have had. As you will find in our terms and conditions for items which are not in stock one of our sales advisors will contact you by telephone or email with regards to advise you when your goods will arrive. Selected items may take longer to deliver if we do not have stock. Again I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused. I ordered online a Nuna Leaf baby seat with toy bar on 1st April. Pramcentre took £172 from my account and then contacted me to say the item was not in stock. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND! I hope to get it this week...if not I am taking legal action. I am disgusted with this service. When my order was cancelled by you...so too should the money transaction! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Hi Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. I can confirm that your refund has been processed and the funds have left our account which happens almost instantly, however unfortunately it is out with our control how long your bank then takes to allow the funds back into your account (sometimes 14 working days). With regards to the stock levels, our website allows for purchases to be made on a pre order basis therefore we don't actually show a stock level. The delivery process is then as follows which can be found in the deliveries section of our website: Free delivery within three working days (with exception of flat pack furniture, Dropshipped goods & all Mamas & Papas products which can be upto 10 days delivery) on all UK mainland orders over £49.99. Orders on or under £49.99 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of £5.99 (above is subject to stock availability). One of our sales advisors will contact you by telephone or email with regards to advise you when your goods will arrive. Selected items may take longer to deliver if we do not have stock. For furniture, selected changers and cot beds we use an outside transport company and goods may be delivered pallatised, for this service a £45.00 delivery surcharge may apply. For such deliveries we will contact you to arrange for the goods to leave the store you will then be contacted by our carriers to arrange a suitable delivery day and then the delivering depot will contact you 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange a time slot. Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. The below section of our terms also explains our refunding process: 6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends 14 days after the date we deliver the products to you. I needed to buy a hanging highchair urgently and couldn't find anywhere online that could help. I found pram centre and saw the chair I wanted but the checkout option was defaulting to free delivery for 3 days time but I needed it sooner. I used their online chat option for advice and spoke to Natalie who was extremely helpful. She checked the stock and confirmed it could be sent out by courier today to get to me next day at no extra cost to me! This all happened very late in the day (4pm) and they were still able to accommodate my order and my request. I am very impressed with the service I received and I will be recommending and using again. Thank you again Natalie!

Ordered a Joie Nitro Stroller late on Wednesday and received it noon Friday, pre emailed to ensure it would be delivered, Angela took responsibility of the order and kept me up to date when order was dispatched and when it would be delivered. Excellent customer service and communication from Angela, Shelby and Melissa on the instant chat facility, fast delivery and a great product. Can not fault buying from this company the whole experience has been pleasurable and smooth and I will certainly be visiting their online shop again for all future purchases. I have waited nearly 2 months for my order to be delivered. I actually still don't have it and have been told it will be another week! I have never waited this long for any order. You should not be allowed to sell items without specifying that you don't actually stock them. Your staff are all very polite when I speak to them but when you don't have the items people have paid for I pity anyone having to take calls from irate parents! I will not use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone else.

Having looked into this for you, I believe my colleague had spoken with you around 5:15pm last night and had advised that your outstanding items are expected to arrive on our Stokke delivery which is due tomorrow. My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you thus far, the length of time which you have waited for your goods is in no way acceptable and I am sincerely sorry that we have let you down at this time. Under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does note that we will contact customers if what they have ordered is not in stock and advise when the items are expected to arrive into our warehouse, I know this is no excuse for what has happened with your order as the timescale first given has been exceeded, and for this I am incredibly sorry.
