“Sold me an item listed online as available took payment then called to say it was out of stock and would take 4weeks to be back in stock asked for refund then had to call back 2days later to find refund had not been issued on the first day when I was told it was”

I am extremely sorry that the item you wanted was out of stock, unfortunately none of our items are listed as available as such however as we do not always hold stock we still allow a purchase for pre order as we will always be able to order items into store or direct to you. However, when you requested a refund it should have been processed straight away to be back in your account asap. “Amazing service. Ordered at 2pm and parcel was being delivered at 10.15 the very next day. Haven't put the rocking horse together yet, but very impressed with the service.”

“Over the moon with the customer service, which I thought was exceptional. Had saved £50 on the item I ordered and decided to get it delivered rather than go to collect from the store. Not only did I receive a text that evening (the day I placed my order) telling me it'd be delivered the next day, but I then received one that morning telling me the delivery would be within a certain time. True to their word, the pram centre delivered right in the middle of this one hour slot. Extremely impressed, and already recommended to colleagues, family and friends. Many thanks!”

“Very happy with the service when purchasing my nursery furniture and also a few items from you online. Before leaving the shop last Thurs however, I made an enquiry about a car seat you had for sale with a missing hood, asking if a hood could be sourced for me? The sales assistant took my partners details and I was assured she would be called the following day to answer my query and therefore to allow me to go ahead with an additional purchase. Extremely disappointed and annoyed however that 3 days later I have still not received a phonecall. Poor service puts me off using the store again. I have spent over £1000 in your store in the last week and not to be given the courtesy of a phonecall to answer my query I find very disrespectful to say the least.”

“On the 30th October 2015 the company bought our pushchair from went bust meaning with 3 weeks left until our twin girls arrived we were car seat and pushchair less! But I live chatted with Louisa and after a very short time our nightmare had become a dream. Louisa's service was amazing and our problem soon disappeared. We ordered the new pushchair and car seats on the Friday and by Monday everything was here apart from a colour set that we were told would be 2 weeks from order but it came a lot sooner and the day after we were told it was there. I cannot recommend Pram Centre enough.”
