“Precision Painting Plus painted two bathrooms for me immediately after a remodel - walls, ceilings, doors, window frames. They were the lowest price quote of three estimates from other reputable painters that I received. As well, they were quick to schedule the initial site visit and to provide the estimate (all happened within a few business days) General communication was smooth, professional, and straightforward. They were very upfront about what they would include and documented everything with a formal contract, invoices, etc. This felt reassuring to me but some people might find it overwhelming if you prefer more casual partnerships with contractors. One possible downside: There are a few people to deal with - the project manager, the account manager, the actual painter(s), etc. The quality of the work was very high. The coverage looks great, nice a smooth. They recommended which paint type to use for a bathroom space. They sanded down the plaster/drywall and caulked around the vanity backsplash as needed. They seem to strongly prefer Benjamin Moore but you could supply your own paint if you want to.”

“The guys did a great job painting however I'm still awaiting a call-back to re-caulk places in the kitchen where the caulk cracked within 24 hours of its completion. In addition, they could have been neater with covering the wood floors as I've had to go around and remove paint drips and texture drips from many places which has taken quite a bit of time. Some of it will forever be there because I was unable to remove it with many things tried.”

“They came when they said they would and did follow up to repair originally very imperfect job. They left the workplace tidy both times. After their second visit, the newly leveled floor now looks OK, but certainly not excellent. It's flat, it's stable, it doesn't draw attention to itself.”

“Everything was great! They finished in record time. The only thing was that I was told they would fill crack in brick, and I had to call them back for that. Also I was told they would sand front door, and I had to ask them to do that. I don't know if they sanded the shutters or not. Otherwise, the house looks great. I'm very satisfied.”

“Noe did an excellent job in a very short time. The painting took only two days. Noe was very respectful of my home and furniture. He was also very quiet, did not play music like some other workmen.”

“Some problems with scheduling caused the job to be delayed, however once the work started the level of professionalism and fine work more than made up for the delay. The crew arrived on time and took care to be neat and cleaned up after the work was completed. The paint job met all of my expectations.”

“I was told that the painting crew would remove the outlet covers and paint the wall behind them, they didn’t. And one of my air conditioning vents was installed backwards. Besides the 2 problems I just mentioned they did a good job. I will use them again”

“They did an excellent job. Wallpaper hanger was exceptional. Only negative was that original wallpaper hanger quit on way to job causing us a major inconvenience. Job foreman Joe and Salesperson Brendon arranged for replacement who was able to start following week.”

“He was late coming in. I had 11:45 AM MD appt. He had the wrong Sheetrock. He called Jason and he brought the right one down. As result I had to schedule appt for 3 PM with MD. He. Was good in what he did”

“Precision painting was very flexible with scheduling, they were able to schedule me very last minute and meet a tight deadline. For the most part we are very happy with their work, a few details were not as precise as we would have preferred and there was some paint dripped in places that required extra cleaning by us. Overall we would use the company again.”

“The old wallpaper wouldn’t come off the wall so he had to do a skim. Coat which came out great then the paint made the walls look like new.”

“Customer service was good but painters didn’t use tape and it showed. They had to do a lot of cleanup that they might not have if they used tape to begin with. Nice guys and decent experience.”
