“The painting crew was on time and friendly. I had to show them the repair that was needed on the ceiling during the painting. I found that to be a little strange that they were not notified prior but they did do everything I had requested. The scheduling of the appointment was a little confusing. The person that sets up the appointment didn't seem very organized but I did get scheduled. Overall the job was done and finished in 1 day.”

“The work started somewhat slow, which was ok, but as the work proceeded I started to notice some concerns with the quality of the work. When the team manager came to do the walk thru my concerns were substantiated. We went through and identified all the concerns. The walkthrough is exactly what was needed. The final outcome was a great job”

“Alfredo Odar was professional in his approach and presented all the steps of the job from A to Z accurately. The workers did a fine job and were very easy to talk to. The company should honor a senior or military discount as part of their pricing. Then i would have given a score of 10!”

“they didn't leave any woodwork paint for touch up.went out and purchased a paint. had to paint around replacement windows with a tiny brush.could of put calking in corners where it showed a space before painting.clean up was good. they were careful not to get paint on anything.”

“Did a fair job and left a chair out on back deck when done. When I moved a cabinet found spackle and dirt behind it. A small paint spots on the tile floor in the bathroom.”

“The painters are kind and the sales associate was great. We had to change a color midway and we were accommodated. Some work we were promised was miss in the rush, which I wish wasn't the case. This is the second time we use Precision Painting and we're happy with the results but wish some of the damage, things missed, didn't happen on the second job.”

“All the men that came to my home to paint were gentleman, kept things very clean, and were very nice. They know how to paint, and no matter what I told them whether I liked something or not they were very courteous and took care of it. They made my 70 year old walls look new. Very happy with their service.”

“The team you sent to our house for the prImary house painting was much better than the crew who came to paint the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first team was much more professional and careful. They did not leave any paint on the trim or the floors ( the curtains, Yikes !) etc. AS THE SECOND TEAM DID. This is the reason for a score of four rather than five. Adrian, the site manager, in all aspects was professional, knowledgeable and willing to listen to our concerns.”

“My review is based on three criteria: Painting, project management, and cleanup. Painting -- high marks for the job. The painting is excelling and I am pleased with the results -- I would give it an "A". I was less pleased with the management process. Initially, I was told that a project manager would be assigned to my project and this person would guide me through the project. Not getting a call I phoned the office to see when that would happen as time was crucial. This went on for weeks, and still no project manager. I ultimately learned that a project manager was provided only after all paint colors were selected. If that detail would have been made clear upfront, it would have shortened my project considerably - I give this a B-. Cleanup. I have no issues with inside my condo, the crew did an excellent job of covering what needed to be protected and removing all materials once the job was done. What concerned me is that all of the trash was left in the backyard. When I discussed this with Jess he said this is covered in the contract. If so, that is on me for not reading every single word of the contract. With that said, about 8 large bags were left -- I estimate that a few of the bags weigh more than 40 pounds. This is not a home where I can put the bags on a dolly and roll them out to the curb for a trash pickup. I live on the first floor of a three-story condo and trash bins are on the second floor, meaning I am required to climb a series of stairs. To me, cleanup is or at least should be, the final process of any job. Because of this, I give an "A" for laying and removing materials from the inside of my house and a "D" for leaving the 40-pound bags of trash for me to dispose of. One last thought. It is difficult to answer the final two questions below. Most of the replies were quick and Katy did an excellent job in returning calls and providing information she could provide., so I would give her five stars. In other areas, I was less satisfied and would gladly be open to speaking about those.”

“The team was on time, respectful, clean and capable. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate them a 9. Our only complaint was in a few small details of prep sanding and clean up after job was completed.”
