“Started out great, ended up not so good. Baffling really, I'm busy now with getting paint off my shutters, door knobs, patio cement, cleaning up, caulking since it wasn't done and finish painting what wasn't completed. What was completed looks great though. I'm not sure what happened other than they were in a hurry to get to the next job? Truly unfortunate for both and very upsetting that this happened from a professional company.”

“In a pinch, they showed up when no one else did, and I'm thankful for that. That being said I asked them to do work like Dry Wall replacement that they don't normally do. They said yes and It was done pretty well. They painted my exposed concrete floor after a basement flood and that was done well. They however rushed the paint on the wall and collected the fee before the job was done. We could not go down into the basement to see the work and took their word for it, because there was wet paint on the floor. The skeleton crew came back the next day to finish but it was after another job they worked that day. I ended up putting another can of paint on my own on the walls to hide sections of the replaced drywall that was peeking through (because of a light coat of paint) and tried to get as close to the ceiling as possible (they left a big gap to the ceiling). They did no taping whatsoever (granted it was white on white but the old white was dirty so you could see the line where they decided to stop 1 inch below the ceiling). Not bad but not great by any means. They did the job on the cheap, also good, but I am not sure if they charged me an extra grand and did the job right I probably would have given them an 8 or more.”

“There was a lot of miscommunication before the actual painting process started. It could have been handled a lot better, but there was a lot of confusion leading up to the actual day of the painting. The painting itself was done very well, which is why the 3 stars but the whole process was stressful”

“The work that was done was good. But contact with the project manager could have been better. It seems that small jobs are not that important to the project manager, and, ultimately, the company.”

“the job they did was good, however they made a chip in the wall when they put the sofa back, I also wanted an additional wall donel on the first floor but l am having so much trouble getting them to get back to me”

“Looks good from outside but they had to come back to remove paint from one window. Inside screens the paint is not applied evenly. White is showing at numerous spots. They left paint so I will cover those. Also, one window in the bedroom will not open. I opened it the day they painted to show the sliding windows. It will not open now. Possibly they painted it shut. We love the job on the outside but not happy with the problems.”

“I have tried numerous times to contact you about the PROMISED follow up from, now 4 weeks ago, and a shutter that was installed fell of the house. It seems to me once you got our check, we no longer matter to your company.”

“For the amount of money we paid we were not impressed with the work. They had to come back several times for touch ups. Left paint splatter here and there. They installed a new door with a huge gap between the door and the floor. Our manager Kevin was attentive and always responded quickly but in my opinion the actual painters were just so so.”

“They were quick to respond via email, ok via phone. I still am not convinced that the door received 3 coats and all of the base board was completely painted. Additionally the salesman told me that he had to price it because the job was not a full days work he had to pay the workers for the full day and I do not believe that is honestly the truth.”

“Overall so so, the job was done quickly but not to the best quality. Missed some spots, left some tape that was painted over, damaged my door handle some how. Could have been better.”
