“There were areas that do not have paint and the wood filler or spackle is showing. The doors do not close properly. Molding is missing caulking in many areas where there are joints and some areas paint is peeling.”

“the painting was fine, but the prep work was lacking. I had 2 rooms that had never been painted, and it seems that they just painted over nail pops and seams without fixing them. Everyday I find a spot that was not prepared right. They also did not caulk around windows, which I thought was strange. I don't think I will be a repear customer”

“There were way too many lines of communication and different people to confer with. I had a hard time getting a consistent bid. I was called and emailed by too many different employees it was hard to understand who to send what to and who was working on my project.”

“Didn't keep promise, contract stated that there would be two coats, but there was only one coat painted. After the complaint, there was no follow up.”

“I've been trying to get Tyrutte Kimbrell and other staff to follow up with me to come back out and do a repaint. I'm not getting any follow up. The paint job was sub par and I've asked to have it redone, which I've told it would be. There's follow up when you want my money and then none after that. My next communication will be with the BBB if this isn't resolved soon.”

“The work was very good, polite and punctual workers. HOWEVER, I never received a contract!!! I've explained to Bianca and Evan that we cannot print out the contract we received on email and have limited computer skills. I would like to have it for my files. it was a $3,000 job. But the mention of a paper contract being mailed to me seems to throw your staff into a tizzy. They can't grasp the concept of paper? I will not use you again!!!!”
