It was a mess from the beginning. There was no communication as to when the job was to start. I was given a start date that was not coordinated with the project managers. Then they did not know what materials were needed. Then they couldn't find the right crew. It went on for a week. I would never use them again.. rachel

We were unhappy with Precision Painting Plus. You re-sanded our floors and used the wrong finish on them. They needed to be re-stripped and varnished to the correct finish. It cost us 3 more days in the hotel plus meals out. I will never use this company or recommend this company to anyone.

Started out great, ended up not so good. Baffling really, I'm busy now with getting paint off my shutters, door knobs, patio cement, cleaning up, caulking since it wasn't done and finish painting what wasn't completed. What was completed looks great though. I'm not sure what happened other than they were in a hurry to get to the next job? Truly unfortunate for both and very upsetting that this happened from a professional company.

Did not use the color I asked for and the work was below par. Even the project manager was disappointed. He showed up with a color called battleship gray and I asked for a light beige. Should have read the reviews prior to hiring them. Majority are bad reviews

Very unprofessional doors were left chipped called back and they were corrected only to have them chip again. Upper management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Very rude and unprofessional

I've been trying to get Tyrutte Kimbrell and other staff to follow up with me to come back out and do a repaint. I'm not getting any follow up. The paint job was sub par and I've asked to have it redone, which I've told it would be. There's follow up when you want my money and then none after that. My next communication will be with the BBB if this isn't resolved soon.

The company rating was good so we hired them. The removed all our popcorn ceiling first. Included with this was the prep of all the walls for painting except the kitchen because it was being worked on. They yanked all the high hats out of the ceiling in the living room and dining room. Destroying my chance to retrofit them at a much lower cost them replacement of the high hat. This also caused the cutout to be bigger than needed for the new high hats that we had no choice but to install now. As to this we had to buy what's called goof rings to cover up the holes. Ok we figured not that bad we can deal with this. I figured we'd talk to them and come up with some kind of agreement or compensation. By the time I found out the high hats could not be fixed they were already drywalling the kitchen. We spend a lot of time and money rewiring this kitchen to fit our needs and during the drywall process while no one was watching the used 2 1/2 drywall screws and hit one of our wires for an outlet. So we had to have someone come in and trouble shoot the issue. Not even an I'm sorry. Here we are now kind of stuck closing in on our December 14th move and he knew this. Flooring had to go down painting had to be done. Well I'd did walk throughs that I literally put over 100 pieces of blue painters tape on bad spots that needed to be fixed. When we came back it all looked great. All in all around $25,000 a lot paid in cash to save some money. I'm sure so he would not have to report it also. We'll we moved in and I continued to do work that was needed. The walls started to crack and I mean everywhere they fixed them. I put up a beautiful fireplace I would swear the trapped the walls without tape and just used compound. It's cracking everywhere. 1 have over 170 pictures of mistakes and issues these people causes. Stay away don't use this guy. He's not honest can't be trusted and just does not care. As long as his work last until he's gone. We now have to hire someone to fix everything.

In a pinch, they showed up when no one else did, and I'm thankful for that. That being said I asked them to do work like Dry Wall replacement that they don't normally do. They said yes and It was done pretty well. They painted my exposed concrete floor after a basement flood and that was done well. They however rushed the paint on the wall and collected the fee before the job was done. We could not go down into the basement to see the work and took their word for it, because there was wet paint on the floor. The skeleton crew came back the next day to finish but it was after another job they worked that day. I ended up putting another can of paint on my own on the walls to hide sections of the replaced drywall that was peeking through (because of a light coat of paint) and tried to get as close to the ceiling as possible (they left a big gap to the ceiling). They did no taping whatsoever (granted it was white on white but the old white was dirty so you could see the line where they decided to stop 1 inch below the ceiling). Not bad but not great by any means. They did the job on the cheap, also good, but I am not sure if they charged me an extra grand and did the job right I probably would have given them an 8 or more.

The work started somewhat slow, which was ok, but as the work proceeded I started to notice some concerns with the quality of the work. When the team manager came to do the walk thru my concerns were substantiated. We went through and identified all the concerns. The walkthrough is exactly what was needed. The final outcome was a great job

Dave and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to do business with. The crew was on time and cleaned up every night when they finished for the day.

All the men that came to my home to paint were gentleman, kept things very clean, and were very nice. They know how to paint, and no matter what I told them whether I liked something or not they were very courteous and took care of it. They made my 70 year old walls look new. Very happy with their service.
