Awful awful awful. My husband & I between us sold 2 properties / purchased a new build - 3 separate conveyancers! In a nutshell, lose important paperwork, can never get in contact with your conveyancer, no money for days after your sale has completed, rude members of staff that put the phone down on you when you get assertive that you have not received your money and they want to leave a note for your conveyancer (who never calls back) to call you back!! Extra hidden costs!! I honestly don't know how this company continue to operate. Signed & sent important documents which we then got a letter through the post asking for them again. On another occasion sent an important document for certification but it was just scanned in to their system and returned to me even though I'd written a cover note and already uploaded the document myself. When chasing money that should have been in my account on the day of the completion of my sale days after, I was told there was no way to contact the accounts team other than via email, no supervisor to speak to and ultimately put the phone down on me after I said I wasn't happy to end the call until I'd spoken to someone who could deal with the matter due to no confidence in anyone calling me back. Called up to 15 times a day across the working day some days with no luck in getting in touch with my conveyancer. Left messages to call back but never did get a call back. We were sitting back thinking everything was ok and for a month buyer enquiries were not answered or passed to us - we found this out from the estate agents who forwarded us the proof! NIGHTMARE. Moving is stressful enough without this utter incompetent and unprofessional outfit. Go somewhere local where if you end up in the same situation you can pop in and sort it out - PPL can easily avoid and hide behind emails. If you're standing in an office you are more likely to get a solution in my opinion. The ONLY thing I can say is that my purchase case was transferred to Hannah James so she dealt with the last couple of hurdles in our purchase. She was contactable and helpful but the first 80% was what I've stated above. Overall, utter shambles. In total our bill combined came to approx. £5000, within each bill it states 'professional services' I absolutely beg to differ! I feel robbed.

We have been told we have a refund they want to return to us and I have provided bank details and a signature. They also want a bank statement. We are paperless on line banking and anyway we do not feel safe sending a statement with all our banking information on. Especially to a company we are not using. I asked why they needed this as they already have my signature and bank details and other id. Rudely informed its company policy, over a year later still waiting for the refund. They were quick enough to take the money with no bank statements. I've also offered other ID and was told sorry company policy.

It's a lottery getting through, for days on end just goes to voicemail, saying sorry no one is available, when buying and selling a home the very minimum should be being able to speak with someone

What a disaster... If you want an incompetent firm to mess up your house sale and purchase these guys are the team to do it. Leave the seller liable for misrepresentation? These guys will help you achieve that. 5 weeks from instruction and ID checks not completed, incorrect answers given in response to queries from buyers solicitor, arrogant phone manor and quite happy to shout you down. This lot seem to forget they don’t own your house and work for you, get rid fast is all I can say at your first grievance. It won’t get any better. Can’t speak to one person and case is handled by at least 3 trainees. Thanks for winding my buyer, their solicitor and me up guys. Raise a toast to a job well done 🥂 👏....

Blimey what can I say about this company. Apart from avoid at all cost! This company is that bad that it shocks me they actually exist. The poorest communication I've ever dealt with in my life. They were sending me requests to send documents in that had already been sent. Sending CONTRACTS out that were worded incorrectly (picked up by me, and I'm not a solicitor) TWICE!! One sentence replies to in depth email enquiries. If they bother to reply!! Just the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

Slow, non communicative and completely opaque. If the buyer of your property tells you I’m using this company, then keep it on the market and sell it to someone else This company is anything but “premier”

Every time I call Im told to wait for a call back. Months with no progress. They told me they had sent enquiries to the seller ms solicitor but they never arrived. I asked again and they confirmed they had sent. Finally it turned out weeks later the enquiries had never been sent. Total incompetence. The other side are threatening to relist the property so I am switching solicitors. waste of time and totally incompetent.

Our conveyancer was very pleasant but I always had to do the pushing and getting things moving. They had my house purchase ready for 8 months. I informed them of the exchange date. My conveyancer didn’t tell me she would be on holiday. Nobody could get a manager - apparently they have to have 24 hours notice!! Our house exchange is now in jealousy. Such incompetence at every level. This is on top of already losing one property mostly due to the months they were offline due to hacking. Judging by the other poor reviews this is not a company that is bothered enough to improve their service or customer relations.

Truly dreadful, everything that could go wrong did, please ignore all the fake reviews (they are the 5 star ones that always mention someone by name, I would like to thank ******** for the excellent service) absolutely rubbish, surely the must be printing their qualifications of the internet

Every word that falls in place with Disappointing. Poor service from start to finish. Huge time delays on work being completed. Lack of responses to queues submitted. AVOID is my advice!

Worst Company Worst Solicitor They again cheated me and took my money. They were suppose to register my house with land registry which they forgot to do before. They should have not charged as the payment was already made before. But they asked me to pay again which I paid but did not give me the receipt of it but I got the proof as I did bank transfer. Now again another solicitor who was dealing with our case has left the company and no body in this company now knows what’s happening with our lease extension. Our mortgage offer got ended but they have no time to respond to my emails, or answer my calls. Everyday my husband calls ten to twelve times and they always say somebody will call you and never get the call back. I wrote email to the company partner Mr Hernak Singh long before and he has not replied yet. I think he is only interested in taking new case, take their fees and leave them in half way. When my husband send the message on face to Mr Martin Boniface ( partner and head of family department) he said, don’t message me. When message was send second time he is said it’s delay from land registry. I think he doesn’t even know what’s going on with our case. The last solicitor who was dealing with our case has asked us to sign the form and send to Mr James (solicitor who just left) which is still with us and how don’t know whom to send this form. We were told that the lady named Serena Kand will take over. We tried calling her several time but did not get any response and when we got hold of her told, she said she doesn’t know anything about this file. We are having sleepless nights as out mortgage offer has ended and this people have no time for us. They have time only when they want time. They take weeks to sort out a small query. We our going through this since six months. I have lost patience and going to take it further no matter whatever cost me. I would suggest please please please never use this company or recommend anyone.

Absolutely appalling. They have completely failed to respond to correspondence. We have had to resend paperwork and have had to keep sending the same information. Due to their poor correspondence, both our buyer and seller have threatened to pull out. Unable to phone them and have been requesting a phone call for the last three weeks - they are risking our sale falling through. Disgraceful.

These were the sellers solicitor when we were buying. Very slow, kept emailing the wrong email address, and nearly caused the whole deal to fall apart. We’ve been advised that PPL are a “solicitor factory” - each time you call you will speak to someone new. Different teams will be responsible for different tasks and there’s no continuity. They’re not even cheaper!! They pay mortgage providers and estate agents for recommendations in order to win business. Most won’t recommend because they only get paid when the sale completes.

My son has been trying to buy a property for six months now with your firm and I would like to say how useless you are, you don't even deserve one star, I give you zero star. He now has to re apply for a mortgage at extra cost for him because you don't do your job properly and it takes you ages to do a simple task. I am pretty sure you wont be slow to ask for your money! You need to be sacked.

if i could of left a lower score o would of, they avoid questions , takes forever to get a callback , i caught them out a few times with information they said they were waiting for when it was already there! alli in alluse a differant team as this bunch certainly arnt premier not even sunday league Useles!!!!! over 8 months to completion jokers!!!

I used premier property 2.5 years ago and now I’m just about to complete on a new remortgage I was informed that premier property had not done my title deed correct this has held me up two months on completion and costing my mortgage payments to double. They never return my email as I think they should compensate me the difference as this was a big mistake on their behalf

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The absolute worst company to exist! I am genuinely shocked they are still in business. Any of the good reviews are FAKE. If you want to be delayed by months on end and risk your buyer pulling out then these are the people for you. They never respond and you will have to hound them multiple times a day for weeks on end and if you get through you’ll be told ‘they’re looking at your case today’. Appalling company. AVOID!!
