Premier Disability was able to get disability for me communication was limited but helpful. I was in a car accident in December of 2021. I had 3 stokes and many internal injuries. I just was approved July of 2023. In all the time limit is a 1&7 months. Overall I think they did a great job.

I am a 100% disabled through veterans affairs and was denied the first time for disability through the SSA. I contacted Premier Services. They took my case when I talked to them. I signed all the paperwork and was told I would be contacted by them to discuss my case. They filed on my behalf the beginning of June this year. I never got another phone call or any communication of any type from them again. On June 29 I was denied by SSA again. It didn’t even take SSA to deny me the second time with this law firm 3 months. I’m assuming someone will call me from this law firm and let me know what happened or what is going to happen. I’ve tried to call numerous times but get transferred to someone else and given the run around without a return phone call.

I hired Premiere Disability after applying for Disability all on my own. From then, until two 1/2 years later when I was approved, PD rarely contacted me. I am the one that ended up getting medical documents in to SSA. The only thing Premiere did was apply for the third and final review in front of the judge and hired me a local lawyer, who contacted me a few days before going in front of the disability judge. This local lawyer was the only reason I was finally approved. He gets 5 stars. But SSA is taking out over $5,000 to give Premiere. In my estimation, they don’t deserve it. Do yourself a favor and make sure to hire a local disability lawyer who will work together with you directly.

They don't bother to call you back. No information from them at all, no response. Just hire a local attorney in your town for this.

I wished I had never filed for my disability with this phony bunch! I signed up April 2020. I did all the paperwork sent it back I keep going to all of my drs. I was denied 3 times. Then it went to appeals council. It’s been 3 years! Waiting to hear from appeals council. Over 2 yrs being denied going to the judge with one of premieres workers. They did not represent me good at all . So I was denied and it went to appeals council. It said it would take 15-18 months in appeals process which it has already been that ! I’m so tired of this company. They never return your calls or anything. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY!!

From first contact to approval was nine months. They walked me through every step, were available by phone for questions (even calling Social Security while I was on the phone to get a status update), and got my approval on the first try! I cannot recommend them highly enough to do them justice. You only pay if you are approved, fees are set by Social Security and are transparent.

The worst I never hired them. Or Devon Michael Brady. What do they do to validate their clients. Had identity theft found out about this when Social Security called to tell me about it...

A lot of timels not answering phone calls. When get agent from the front desk looks absolutely no professionals, can't connects with right personal, dropping call and don't pickup phones other time. Looks like fraud company. Absolutely no call back as promised!!!

This company has the worst communication with client and within there own company ask for help on some paperwork that needed to be filled out they gave me a Phone number to call left 8 messages never received I single call back if your health is bad call someone else !!!

They did absolutely nothing for me. I contacted SSA after several months of trying to get ahold of anybody at PD. Finally just decided to dig in and try again to do it on my own. Got ahold of a SSA rep. And between me and him and several months of back and forth, was able to get my case back in for a second review. Got it. Then all of the sudden.PD sends me a email stating I got my benefits and they are taking 5 k from my back pay. They are crooks. Thieves as far as I'm concerned. Mr Brandy was absolutely no help at all.

This company is terrible, they are not well trained at all, Do not use this company. I was on a merry go round for weeks. And at the end, they still repeated the same misinformation over and over again. Most of the staff is not able to make any meaningful decisions at all. I have requested to end our agreement, they cannot provide the services I requested, it took two weeks for them to come to that conclusion.

The application department needs a serious teaching experience on customer service some of the reviews are to a t as to what I'm experiencing Kayla Edwards has been the only person who was professional and she wasn't in that department. I requested a supervisor give me a call if I don't hear from one I will be demanding through another lawyer I personally know in LACrosse that my file is destroyed. I've been in the phone 6 times with the application department and every time was given the run around and was treaty rudely I have both addresses for your company and I will take the 2 1/2 hour drive to go there in person if I don't get satisfaction tomorrow garunteed

Well still going through it. I signed up face them permission to get my medical records did all the Dr visits and got my first denial. Um not sure what they do.. so I asked. Point blank. I was denied because no medicals have been pulled. So I ask. What do you do exactly. How and who does the appeal they won't answer. I call. When I get a recording they tell me two or three hours. A person 2 or 3 days. To date I have never spoke to my account rep on phone they give no direction and can not answer the question if what it is they do? By by

I did get a lump sum payment and I never heard them lately, even though I scheduled an appointment with them, but I need ongoing payments and hopefully they will help me with that I work part time only because I’m not able to work full-time due to health concerns.

I am not happy at all outside of filing paperwork that is all that has been done for me. When I call it is hit or miss with the Attitude of the Case manager (unexceptable). I have not been contacted by anyone here I have to call and when I do not good. How can you all represent me and won't talk to me.

Didn't even know we had a lawyer when we filed for disability they were on the disability from the government and nowhere said that they were lawyers in the beginning when we first did this and all of a sudden we have a lawyer now they have their own website when we first did it they were on the disability website from the government not all of a sudden they have their own website this is b******* just people are shady and money hungry!!!

Just like every lawyer and they take all your information they go ahead and sign on to your case and then when the case is ready to be moved along you cannot get a phone call back from them I have left my representative a message once twice three times the third time I let them know if he did not call me back that with the same slow process he has will be the same slow process I have of course that puts no fear in their heart because they know they are the ones in control once you go ahead and do the electronic signing that puts them completely in charge of your case if you ask them to release themselves from your case they say sure no problem or email it to you you'll never get the email will message it to you you'll never get to eat the message will call you back and we'll get a audio release form over the phone you never get the phone call they have no intention of releasing themselves from the case they just put it off and put it off until hopefully some miracle happens and social security has some type of a heart grow inside there administrative body and goes ahead and approves your case and they get paid just like if they were to have done something no more than a bunch of crooks scammers con artist

Worst customer service ever, JUST a FEW POINT ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE customer service/COMPANY; The reps, don't answer phone calls, Nor call back when you leave a message. They keep you guessing about your case's immediate and future updates/outcomes. They don't even inform you or apologize that it will take some longer time or this is the situation right NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY nothing at all. (THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM ON GOOGLE SPEAK VOLUMES0. They should have never been in this kind of business, to begin with. after all, This is supposed to be a helpful source for disabled people to get help with their everyday life with their medical problems. . which stops them from going back to work. A really good company will listen to their clients, be patient, respectful, companionate, attentive, caring, and keep their clients informed often. be honest and truthful with their disabled clientele. with all, that's said, if I had to grade this company from 1 to 10? I must say that unfortunately, they deserve a minus -10 Not even a one.
