“Unfortunately I STILL haven't received the goods despite UPS telling me it was being delivered , they are impossible to contact despite making you log in and apply for updates , they tell you its in transit , but never arrives...will ask for refund if this doesn't arrive this week...might as well use a reliable delivery company...virus is NO Excuse...all our other delivery's are arriving as per usual...suggest swapping your delivery company...they are letting you down”

“So, a number of issues. Damaged/missing goods and wrong delivery: So I ordered a crossbow with an extra red dot sight. The crossbow arrived broken and the red dot sight was not in my parcel. I needed the crossbow the following day after it arrived several days late after dispatch so I fixed it myself. The string holder on the bow had broken off and I used some strong adhesive to hold it in place. You pay for UPS Express delivery (next working day), but my items arrived a week later on UPS standard. I have had no response to any emails that I've sent PREPPERS SHOP UK in relation to my missing item and if I have no response then I'll be contacting ActionFraud / Trading standards, they can not use COVID-19 as an excuse as other parcels that I've ordered from companies experiencing high demand across the UK have delivered parcels via UPS, Royal Mail and Hermes and they have all delivered on time and in good condition. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.”

“Just received my mp5 gas mask, it came with the head strap broke and the frame of the visor cracked to the point the visor can pop right out, meaning its utterly useless. I cant believe this was shipped in this condition. will be expecting a full refund or a proper replacement.”

“email to say my order was out for delivery last week, but when it did not arrive I tried contacting the seller by email but had no response, I have rung and rung so many times but there is no answer. If because of the current situation they are having health problems (I hope not) an answer machine message would be helpful or an email to customers or update on site. very disappointed.”
