“No order received, no replies to emails. Order placed 9 June 2020 Have emailed a few times now and finally got reply after I put a bad review on here. They said they emailed earlier in the week saying, not enough postage paid? Not true, below is the email I received... DISPATCHED If you have any questions about your order, send an email to [hello@preppersshop.co.uk] or simply reply to this message. Thanks The team at Preppers Shop UK Preppers Shop preppersshop.co.uk I also received 5-6 emails containing sales offers. I told them I put my post code in and it gave me a postage fee of £8.80. They were super fast at taking the payment. I have now told them I require full refund. No reply received. Do not buy from this company. They are a Mickey Mouse firm. They never reply to emails. If something goes wrong with your order they ignore you. Buyer beware”

“Good service. Disappointed that Gil Hi Ben knives are 'hand crafted' in China. No fault of Preppers though. Knife making gone the same way as Harley Davidson, cheap foreign labour.I shall check country of origin for my next purchase.”
