“I ordered army ration for backpacking. Really good value for very high calorie, tasty meal. A little heavy for carrying but worth it. Really easy to order, well pack, and arrived very quickly. Well done Preppers.”

“Fast and efficient service, good prices and quite a lot of promotional sales stuff available. I would recommend this company, I only have one small issue and that is I wish Preppers Shop would use a courier rather than Parcel Force- as Royal Mail are not very good at deliveries ! This is not at all the fault of Preppers Shop and I will definitely continue to use them in future”

“Service was really good, especially as I bought a non street legal tool. The tool itself does the job perfectly, been cutting over hanging low branches ever since it arrived which was quick. Will I use again, yes, would I recommend them, definitely. The tool was cheap and useful, already looking at a higher quality tool now. No need to look else where for my requirements, these guys can sort me out”

“I have bought quite a lot of items from Preppers shop, for the majority of items I was very pleased with the service. Excellent quality, despite being used. Only on one delivery (out of about 10) was i disappointed- they had thrown in loose packets of army ration salt packets through my other items, which I had to rummage through to try and gather up -thought it was very careless. Other than that, delighted by their service!”

“After more than a two week wait for my package it arrived already opened, incomplete and therefore useless. Upon ringing Marcus at Preppers there was no apology and they had no more in stock - further contact to receive my refund was instigated by myself. I was informed that the return postage would be paid for along with the price of the product. I have since been informed that my return postage has not been credited to my account as agreed but instead been turned into loyalty points. I will not be using this company again, they are not to be trusted. I subsequently used a different company that was cheaper and the product arrived the next day, a breath of fresh air after an unprofessional stink.”
