“Good quality products and good communication through the process. Under the circumstances, with the Covid-19 pandemic, the delay in delivery was not bad at all. I have made several multiple-purchase orders with them, to help support my family in the event of a world crisis. I am thankful that they have PPE and other survival products which are invaluable at times like these. Americans have been prepping for years from what I gather, it took an epidemic for me to take notice! Get what you can, whilst you can is my advice. Thanks, Happy customer:)”

“I didn't receive my item and after conversing via email with the team they refused to resend or refund myself the cost, no please, wouldn't reccomend, absolutely an abomination of a company.”

You sent us an email saying 'I dont know who packs your parcels but there nothing in it'. We apologised immediately and asked if you could send us through a photo of the packet you received. You refused. We asked if you have any photos of it when it arrived, you said no. We asked if you could take some now. You said you have binned the package and cant do it.... If an item arrives damaged we are always happy to sort the issue but when you flat out refuse for several day to send through any details and the courier has not reported any damage its becomes impossible to do.

“I have bought several items now from this site, well priced and the items have been good quality. Even managed to deliver during the lockdown so that's impressive. Get infrequent marketing emails which you can opt out of but one of the emails was a good deal which I took advantage of so I'm happy to get emails.”

“Mixed up order, Were rude when they did respond. still owe me money for goods I did not receive. Bought an axe which broke in two as soon as I just tested it. They are not nice people and I would not recommend them, they are unprofessional and unhelpful, look on google to find out what they are really like, they have a lot of bad reviews which they try to remove and they always say that the reviews are not true. They are just money grabbers with know morals.”

This is literally laughable. You placed 2 rather large orders which you received. You then emailed us accusing us of sending extra items you did not order. We checked and you did order them, they are on your order confirmation, on your invoice and in the parcel. You decided to flat out refuse to accept you order the 'junk' as you put it. We offered you a refund if you wanted to return it. After receiving a lot of abuse from you you decided to return them and you was issued a full refund.

“Despite the current C-19 issue, the guys at preppers shop are busting their humps to get stuff out. Good quality stuff and the neg reviews appear to be mainly from juveniles sulking, unable to circumvent the law and these guys taking social responsibility seriously in relation to knives. Lifelong customer I now am.”

“These guys are family owned . At the minute they are running a small single number crew to fulfill thousands of orders . I read the info on the site about the wait due to low staff at this covid 19 time I sent my indentification I waited the 7 day process time and duely received shipping info knife arrived today perfect thank you keep up the good work .”
